Phal. Dragon’s Gold ’24K’ HCC/AOS

A spectacular Phalaenopsis hybrid that produces a profusion of bright yellow-green flowers on branching spikes. At last blooming I counted 31 flowers and 3 buds on 2 branched spikes. This orchid can easily become a specimen plant as it reblooms on old flower spikes and produces basal keikis. If growing in sphagnum moss, water only every 2 weeks. Very nice floral fragrance in the daytime reminiscent of fresh daffodils. This plant received an HCC/AOS in June 2012 for its flower’s form, color and floriferousness.
